The Board of Investment (BOI) launched a portal for ‘investment opportunities in Housing sector in Pakistan’ on its website here on Friday, aimed to facilitating the foreign companies interested in making investments in the low-cost housing sector and providing an effective One-Stop Shop solution.

To strengthen bilateral ties in the field of industrial development and for the purpose of fostering industrial cooperation between Pakistan and China, the Government of the People’s Republic of China offered a 2-weeks Seminar on Industrial Parks and Industrial Policy for Pakistan (Phase-1). The Seminar was conducted in three cities of China: (1) Tianjin, (2) Shenzhen, and (3) Beijing and it was designed for capacity building of BOI and other Government officers from Pakistan who are directly involved in furthering the initiative of industrial cooperation amongst both countries.
