Muhammad Khashi ur Rehman holds the degree of Master of laws and is working in the field of Law for more than twenty six years. He remained a lawyer, Police Prosecutor, Judge, Legislative Drafter and law Secretary. He joined Ministry of Law and Justice in 2001 as Assistant Draftsman and rose to the level of Draftsman/Additional Secretary in 2017. He was working as Draftsman/Additional Secretary prior to the entrustment of the charge of the office of Secretary Law and Justice. He worked in that office till September, 2020. Currently he is working as Executive Director General / Additional Secretary in Board of Investment (BoI), Prime Minister’s Office, Islamabad. During his professional career he remained responsible for all legislative initiatives of the Federal Government and remained associated with drafting of intricate legislation on various issues inter alia counter terrorism law, Special Economic Zones Law, human rights related legislation and implementation legislation for treaties. He was associated in drafting of various constitutional amendments.

Mr. Rehman graduated from Government College Lahore in Political Science and Economics and later completed his LLB studies from Punjab University. Subsequently he got education in training from reputed international and domestic universities and institutes in various facets of law. He is teaching law at various law schools and professional academies since 2001.

Before joining the Board of Investment, he was working with the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan.

Prior to joining the Government Service in Pakistan in 2017, Mr Jamil Qureshi has worked in the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and Japan in Telecommunication companies like Blackberry, NEC and Panasonic. 

Mr. Jamil Qureshi holds postgraduate qualifications from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan. 

Mr. Sajjad Hussain is heading Administration Wing of the Board of Investment, and responsible for Human Resource, General, Accounts, and Protocol Sections.  In his 34 year long career as a Government Officer, he served Board of Investment (BOI) since 2005 prior to his appointment in Agriculture Price Commission in 1987. He has handled diverse assignments and remained involved in a number of reform, modernization and automation projects and is expert in Foreign Investment & Facilitation, Public Procurement Rules, Management Review of Public Sector Organizations, and Monitoring & Evaluation of Development Projects. During his career, he has attended local and foreign training programs and represented Pakistan at several high level forums in China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, Brazil, Belarus, Italy and Bahrain. Mr. Hussain holds Masters Degrees in Economics.
